More than 25 years in the business
Soundside Recycling & Materials, Inc. is a woman-owned Construction & Demolition Transfer Station that has proudly served the Currituck community since November 2000. We specialize in accepting construction and demolition waste for disposal, as well as yard waste. If you have an item that needs disposal or have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us—we're here to help!
In addition to construction waste, we also accept yard waste and land clearing materials on-site. Our yard waste is transformed into compost after being thoroughly processed over the course of a year, during which we regularly rotate it to aid in breaking down the wood grinds. We then reprocess these materials using screens to create mulch, compost, and compost-enhanced mulch, which we have available for pick-up or delivery. We can deliver anywhere from 6 to 60 yards at a time.
On-site, we also process concrete and asphalt materials into a crushed product perfect for driveways, and we offer river rock as well.
