More than 25 years in the business
Soundside Recycling & Materials, Inc. is a women owned Construction & Demolition Transfer Station that has been locally owned and operated in Currituck since November of 2000 accepting construction & demolition waste for disposal and Yard Waste. We sort the recyclable materials, and either recycle them on site or send them to prospective markets. If you have an item that needs to be recycled or disposed of and have a question call us we may be able to help.
We also accept Yard Waste and Land Clearing Materials onsite. Once the Yard Waste is processed we Compost it up for a year rotating it during that time to break down the wood grinds. We then reprocess the materials with screens into Mulch, Compost and Compost Enhanced Mulch that we stock on our site for pick-up or delivery. We can deliver from 6 to 60 yards at a time.
Also processed onsite is our concrete and asphalt materials in to a crushed product that is great for driveways. We also stock River Rock.
